"Lips red as blood
Hair black as night
Bring me your heart
Dear Snow White"
A short while ago, myself and Bethany went about doing our makeup in the style of the Disney Princesses. It was so much fun to take inspiration from them, and today I want to show you my attempt at Snow White's makeup.
It was actually a lot simpler than I thought it would be. It's pretty much just the classic Hollywood red lip, black eyeliner look, just with a hint of Disney!
I started off by doing the base layer of my makeup. I used a concealer followed by a setting powder and then used a little bit of blush on the apples of my cheeks.
For the eye shadow I kept it really simple. I used Naked all over my eye lid as a base and then I used Reveal which is a champagne colour on the outer 1/3 of my lid. Lastly I used Exposed, which is a silvery shimmer, in my crease. Then a blended everything together!
It's a really simple makeup look but it looks really pretty and classic with the red lip. All I need now is a black bob and a fairy tale dress and I'll be sorted!
I hope to do more of these Disney inspired tutorials, and I was also thinking of doing some Disney inspired nail tutorials as well, so please let me know what you think of the idea. I really want to be able to express my love for Disney on my blog, and hopefully I have succeeded in doing just that in this post!

I am naturally very pale so the majority of the makeup I use has to be in the lightest colour possible! If you want you can wear a foundation under the concealer, but I don't like wearing foundation so that is why I chose not to.
The next step is eye shadow. If you want you can apply an eye primer first, the only reason I'm not is because on the day I was taking these photos I couldn't find any of mine!

After eye shadow, naturally comes eye liner. I used a black felt tip pen eyeliner for my upper lash line and drew a small flick, and then I used a black pencil for my waterline.

To finish off my eye makeup in the style of Snow White, I used two mascaras. One to add length and one to add volume.

To finish off Snow White's look, I applied a raspberry coloured Lip Liner and then filled in my lips with a red Lacquer Balm from Revlon.

I would also like to thank Bethany for taking all the wonderful photos for this post! I honestly wouldn't have managed it without her!! <3
